* Our general terms & conditions for export are as follows –
Product Type :
We produce man’s/women’s leather footwear & specialized in hand made Moccasins & Cement shoes, Boots and also handmade boutiques shoes and all leather sandal.
Payment :
To be made by 100% confirmed irrevocable L/C at sight. Or advance T/T 50% advance with order & 50% before shipment.
Price & Shipment :
We have always exported with FOB price. We also give you GSP (Form A) for pay reduced import duties from your home custom. We have followed our best FOB price (Fair Trade) for all buyers.
Condition :
After receiving an order, we will send you a Performa invoice for your signature. We will also send you our bank details.

Order Quantity :
Each product minimum order quantity is 200 pairs color at list. This quantity also depends on product category.
Product lead-time :
Between 60 to 120 days, on receipt of L/C or advance T.T. depending on volume of order, and also depends on product category and time of year.
MOQ:
Our minimum order quantity is for Shoe & Boots 300 pairs per color & size. For Sandal 500 pairs per color & size. If you’re total order quantity will be 2000 pairs plus for a design than any quantity are ok by color/size.
Production Capacity :
Our total production capacity is 500 to 800 pairs per day (depending on design).
GSP Facility :
GSP-(Generalized System of Preferences) FORM”A” Which is enabling for importer to pay reduced import duties 100% from their home custom.
Main Export Market :
Japan, UK, USA, some of European country.
Port of Dispatch :
By Air: Zia International Airport, Dhaka.
By Sea: Chittagong sea port. For Full Container Load (FCL) or loose Container Load (LCL).

Packing :
Packing depends on product category but we can pack according to buyer specifications provided the packing materials use locally available. If there are any special packaging/ packing requirements, buyer must specify this before order pricing.
Place an Order :
You may select products from our web sit or catalog and send us the code no of all selected products. (And if you provide us your design then you must send to us your sample) Then we will send you counter sample, prices and production time. After receiving all selected product information you may place an order with the following details: (1) An order no, (2) Product code wise quantity/unit price/total price, (3) Shipment date, Mode of Shipment (Air/Sea), (4) Port of Destination,(5)details address where you want to receive the goods.
Advance :
If advanced 50% of the ordered value then the documents are sent to the Importers directly, otherwise sent to the Bank for collection against bill of exchange. Design & Sample Development :
Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) only, by use buyers own logo as their brand product. We develop samples as par buyer provided us dummy sample, design and instruction/specification sheet. If you can provide us your own design dummy sample, physical sample, design instructions, design specification sheet, shape of shoe sample, then we will make our factory sample for you as per your sample and instruction and send to you with our factory costing price offer for your approval of price, quality of materials & workmanship.
For develop your new design as your own brand product by use your require Logo or as your specifications, you should provide us as following details:
If you have an Origin sample & like to make a copy as like your origin:
1. Origin sample.
2. Details Instructions sheet if need any change & modification.
3. Logo design file.
4. Your estimated order quantity as per color & size
5. Your Target price as FOB.
6. Full Packing instruction (with inner box design file)
If you have only graphics design file:
1. Design sheet with Details instruction
2. Shape & Size sample, also can provide origin shoe last if you have.
3. Upper, Lining, Insole Leather swatch, inner Fabrics or other’s materials swatch for our references.
4. Out sole design or type of sample
5. All Metallic Buckles sample or others if have.
6. Logo design file.
7. Your estimated order quantity as per color & size
8. Your Target price as FOB.
9. Full Packing instruction (with inner box design file)
Sample Cost :
We provide sample free of cost (It’s depend on design & quantity of require samples) but courier cost will be on buyers account. Usually we charge 100US$ for per design sample for a new inquiry.
But if your samples out sole or any of other accessories are will be a molded design, than you should provide us outsole/ accessories mold (if you have), either-or mold making cost you have to pay for first time develop your sample.
